STRESS AND ANXIETY MANAGEMENT, INCLUDING MINDFULNESS
Stress is the feeling of being under too much mental or emotional pressure.
Pressure turns into stress when you feel unable to cope. People have different ways of reacting to stress.
Anxiety is a word we use to describe feelings of unease, worry and fear. It incorporates both the emotions and the physical sensations we might experience when we are worried or nervous about something.
Any condition that may have an impact on how you are able to carry out everyday tasks or manage around the home / workplace / community.
